Bethanie Mattek-Sands

I'm Bethanie Mattek-Sands, a tennis professional on the WTA Tour. With nine Grand Slam titles and an Olympic Gold from the 2016 Rio Games, I've experienced the highs and lows of sports.

Beyond tennis, I've had opportunities to work with ESPN as an analyst and co-host the Tennis United show. While these experiences have enriched my journey, what truly drives me is a concerning statistic: nearly 70% of girls leave sports by age 14.

Motivated by this, I advocate for keeping girls in sports and strive to emphasize the importance of women's health and mental well-being throughout their lives.

Shilpa Yarlagadda

I'm Shilpa Yarlagadda, the person behind Shiffon Co., a jewelry brand with a purpose, and the Startup Girl Foundation. Some incredible individuals, from Serena Williams to Michelle Obama, have worn our pieces. We've had the chance to collaborate with names like Sarah Flint and the "When We All Vote" initiative.

Recently, we introduced the 1973 Tennis Bracelet to mark a significant milestone for women at the US Open. From this and our earlier 1972 Tennis Pinky Ring, we're directing 19.73% of profits to support women in sports.

Beyond jewelry, I've been fortunate to have our efforts recognized in publications like WSJ and Vogue. Through the Startup Girl Foundation, I hope to make a positive impact on women's lives.

Rupi Kaur

Rupi Kaur, a #1 New York Times Bestselling Author, burst onto the literary scene with her self-published poetry collection, "milk and honey," in 2014.
